I was hoping to kick this entry off on a happier note, but the attacks in London put paid to that.

I won't editorialise to any real length, because there's going to be plenty of that going on. I'm just sad for the innocent victims there, just as I was for the innocent Iraqi people who have been caught in the crossfire in their own country. War sucks, guys. Put the leaders in a steel cage and let them bash the shit out of each other. Leave the people out of it.

On a happier note, =fireflyin and I are away for the weekend in windy, blustery Wellington tomorrow to celebrate my birthday and to see the almighty Shihad [link] in their own back yard. Not literally of course, but y'know.

And on a London note "If you play with fire, you get burned." I also feel for the people there, but I blame their goverment for sticking their noses in where they arent welcome. It happend to the US and now to Britain, go figure. I never wanted to have to say something like this, but I'm glad our government made a pretty decent decision to not interfere.

Anyway, hape you have a damn good one and drink tonnes of piss :P

The Decepticons came... kindof. If you count the cool-as-all-things-in-creation Decepticon (it's actually reversible, so I could make it into an Autobot, but why would I?) messenger bag that I got for my birthday.
